Hi All,
I have a question with regards to an unvented Heat Geek Newark Cylinder. I recently saw an install of the New HeatGeek cylinder on the Skill builder YouTube channel and noticed that they had removed a sensor pocket and replaced it with a PRV.
Ultimate Heat Pump Installation. Rip It Out & Start Again!
What confused me was that they have both a TPRV and Expansion Relief Valve installed on the cylinder. It would appear as if they have removed a sensor pocket and added an Expansion Relief Valve and would you not want to use the top sensor pocket for your controls?
If there are any Heat Geek certified installers out there I would love to hear thier comments with regards to the above?
