Heat Line Vizo

I have a recently installed Heat Line Vizo Combi Boiler, which supplies, amongst other things, a shower. However, the shower runs cold every so often, even if there is no other item being used, regardless of if the CH is on or not. What is the problem? Should this Boiler be used to directly feed a shower?

AFAIK it's fully modulating as are most boilers these days so answer is yes.
That is so long as the shower is a type which is compatible.
Did you read the instructions when you fitted the shower?
