Could be lots of different things. Unless you feel like investigating it in more detail (see other threads for examples, or check the manual!) you'll need a heating engineer. Agile (see his profile) covers parts of London and is very good (or so he says).
If it's that new, isn't it covered by the installer / manufacturer?
If a new installation have you understood the time controller? Press left hand buttom until it syas on in top right, and have you installed room stat properly. I don't know this model but most likely there is a jumper to be replaces by room stat. Try puting jumper back, does it now fire?
Beyond that get a corgi engineer like Agile to it.
