Heating Programmer - any suggestions

As I previously mentioned, I have just purchased this flat and Im finding the heating setup a tad confusing.

Throughout the flat I have 7 thermostats in various rooms over the two floors of the flat, however I only seem to have two radiators throughout the whole house (one in hall and one in living room), and there doesnt appear to be any evidence that there have been radiators there previously.

I was just wondering if this was normal, could it perhaps be underfloor heating? Having checked all of the thermostats, it would appear they are live

Any advise is much appreciated
