Heating Relay box change & rewiring

Hi!

I am looking to replace my old Center Wireless thermostat to a Drayton wiser system. I just wanted to double check the wiring for the new bracket.
As I have a One channel system, Am I right in thinking with the new back play the grey wire currently in A be placed in moved into position 2 and the black wire currently in B be moved to position 3.

Grey and Black to 1&3 doesnt matter which way round

Surely the wiring diagram in the white box above the brown and blue wires should be a clue as to what is required. ABC IS 132
