Hi! We are in the process of converting an old coachouse into 3 holiday cottages and would like some thoughts on how to heat them. They are on mains gas but are at the end of the supply pipe (our next door neighbours who have a huge house had to have a separate supply brought up) and are waiting for a capacity check from National Grid but can probably assume the flow will be relatively low.
We are thinking of putting one large system boiler in the attached "laundry room" and unvented tanks for hot water in each unit. The houses will have 3,2 and 1 bedroom respectively and all bedrooms will have ensuites so combis aren't an option except in the small one even if we have loads of gas available.
Can one boiler supply multiple tanks effectively?
Thankyou v much for any help and ideas
Cath

Shouldn't be a problem but will need a plumber who is used to large houses/semi commercial. Would recomend you run these off of a low loss header; a competent plumber will understand why.
