heating turned off but radiators still on??

hi, i have just turned my heating off today but the radiators upstairs have still come on and are extremely hot....please help

Not really a lot to go on but if you have a y plan system with a 3 way valve and your rads are warming up when they are turned off but when the hot water cylinder stat is calling for heat, then your motorized valve is the faulty component.
