Heating valve stuck open

i have two danfoss hpa2 valves. The downstairs one keeps sticking open.
When the down stat isn’t demanding heat, the lever of the downstairs valve doesn’t fall all the way to the right (the closed position). Please see short video.
The upstairs valve lever is free and falls all the way to the right.
Is there a quick fix for this? Valves only 5yr old.
