Hi
My boiler blew fuses on the pcb due to the pin behind the diverter switch leaking into it.This happened on christmas morning and thanks to someone on here i dryed it out and got running again.Yesterday it blew again ( totally forgot as it was working to sort it ) . This time i dryed it out and plugged it back in the fuses went straight away ( guessing the unit is fookt ) .I Have ordered the parts ( new diverter switch and diverter valve repair kit ) the problem i'm facing is when i unplugged the switch the connector which has three spades connectors in one broke off.I had to split the connector to get the wires out and reconnected the spade.
This long story is as i have three wires with spades on,one is red which i know connects to the top connector on the diverter switch, but i have a white and black wire, dont want to risk blowing the new switch when it arrives so which colour connects to which connector on the diverter switch. Thanks in advance
