heatline s24 combi boiler

have a heatline combi boiler works ok on ch but not on water any one any ideas of the fault

If hot water going hot/cold then blocked secondary heat exchanger.

If no DHW at all a diverter valve fault. Probably a leaking gland failed the actuator motor.

the diverter valve is leaking where it attaches to the hydroblock
