Could someone here who has some of the wireless heatmiser wireless neo stats, tell me from their experience how long the batteries last for? I understand they take 4 AA and just wondering like the wireless thermostats from Danfoss, they last for a couple of years (my parent's one would last 3-4 years with two AA batteries).
I am thinking about either heatmiser or Evohome for about 15 thermostats for wet UFH in the home. Too late for wired thermostats now.
Also is true that wired versions need 3 core mains cable like lighting type mains cable? These thermostats are 240v they tell me but cant understand why they need such thick cable.
