Height Adjustment

Hi

I can\\\'t get my plates in to the bottom part of the dishwasher as the spinner won\\\'t go around, the instructions allude to a height adjuster but when I try it, no joy. I have a powerpoint TW36fi by the way

Does that mean you don't understand the instructions ? you can't follow them ? you follow them but, what ?
