Height To Terminate Soil Vent Through Flat Roof

What's the minimum height a soil vent pipe should run above a flat roof (no windows in the vicinity)? And what's the best type of 'cap' to place on top of the pipe to prevent rain water and small animals from getting in?

Make sure you allow sufficient height to be able to seal the roof around the pipe, as long as that can be achieved then a bit more to suit. Not aware of any rules as long as the requirements for windows etc are met. Then just fit a standard cage on the end, what little rainwater that'll get in wont matter!

900 mm as above. I would not recommend an AA valve unless you have a soil and vent pipe elsewhere in the property.

900mm above the roof or above any nearby windows? That seems very high otherwise, what's the reason?
