HI ALLL I AM A UNCLE OF 6 AND HAD LIL TROUBLE ONE OF THEM GOT INK ON MY CARPET WITH A PEN THEY HAD BROKE AND I'VE BEEN TRYING TO REMOVE IT NO LUCK. DOES ANY ONE HERE KNOW HOW TO REMOVE INK FROM CARPETS PLEASE EMAIL ME [email protected]

Details from Household Hints book:

Ballpoint pen: move fast,and dab with methylated spirit on a cotton-wool bud.

Foundtain pen: blot with absorbent paper and sponge with cold water until it lifts.Then treat with a carpet spot-removing kit such as Carpet Devils.

Felt-tip pen: use carpet shampoo on water-based inks,methylated spirit on spirit-based inks.
