I was hoping for a bit of help and advice in regards to a couple of things that I have on my house.
The house is 10 years old and has had no issues whilst we have been living in it for 6 years.
1. The first issue that was raised was that there was a slight crack (Please see attached photo) below of of the windows. We have never seen this before as it isn't very big or long. Is anyone able to help and advise me on what this could be and the best way of dealing with it? There is no issues within the house and no evidence of cracking too.
2. The second thing that has been raised was the "Expansion Joint" has not been finished between our property and next door. Again I have never noticed this in the 6 years we have been in the property and it has never caused an issue. Is anyone able to assist in this and advise me on what the best thing to do is.
