Help! Bosch Classixx 1200 loud banging and rocking on spin?

Can anyone help please.

My Bosch Classixx 1200 (about 5/6 yrs old)
has started spinning with extremely loud banging and rocking. Does this sound like something that can be repaired easily and cheaply?

Hmmm....afraid it doesn't sound hopeful.
Open the door & try lifting the drum up & down to see if there is much slack. Then spin the drum by hand & listen for a grumbling mechanical noise. If you find either an economical repair is highly unlikely. There could be other causes...a loose balance weight or maybe a bust shock absorber. But frankly it doesn't sound too good either way.

Doesn't sound to good I thought mine was on the way out but found a bra wire had gone through one of the holes in the drum and was throwing it out of kilter,good pair of grips and a good heave ho and it solved the prob.

loose top springs or tired suspension legs.
sounds like its had above its 5-6kg max load
