Help can this toilet be moved

Hi I’m looking for some advice a new toilet was fitted but is 17cm away from the wall as it’s been fitted into the old concrete floor soil waste pipe. ( if that’s the correct name, don’t come for me). I know an option is to build a fake wall behind it but I just wanted to know if the toilet can be moved back somehow without moving the concrete soil pipe that’s in the ground? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately no......the new loo is right up against the existing salt glaze pipe.
Even this one isn't applicable to you, but doesn't save much anyway.

If you do go with a false wall, consider a concealed cistern, then you may not lose any space.

Be very careful and check the dimensions twice, even with a bottom outlet that outflow may be too close to the wall.
