Help! Damsal in distress..... Ariston MicroGenus HE

Hello, I've recenty had a combi boiler installed - Ariston MicroGenus HE. Had a problem with it 2 weeks ago where the guy had to come out and bleed something inside the actual boiler because it was overheating but everythings been fine up til an hour ago. The heating came on and went off as normal but when i ran the water to do the dishes I noticed it was running cold. So up to the attic I went to have a look and there's an error message E06, which according to the manual requires a call to the Authorised Service Centre . Now being a Sunday i'm sure they wont be open and the guy who fixed it - his fone's off. Is there anyone out there who can give me any idea what's wrong. Thanks for taking the time to read this query....

From that, there's nothing you can do - call Ariston Monday.
Do check the pressure though, should be about 1 bar, is it?

Thank you for yor very quick reply. Doesn't sound like good news. Yes, i checked the pressure and it is one bar. Is it worth asking the plumber who fitted it to come and have a look or is it an engineer job?

Good understanding there!

Fixed by a plumber!

Needs an engineer to repair it !

Its probably correctly diagnosed by the boiler and needs to be fixed by a manufacturers service agent.
