Help! Don't know how to ignite heater.

My boiler turnered off today and I don't know how to ignite the Heater again. DO i just turn it on and turn on the fan?

My heater is a Potterton Prima 100F.

Please help if someone could as everyone is freezing in the house.

There are some intructions for lighting a Potterton Prima (model number is not specified) posted here

If you call Potterton's Customer Services Department, on 08706 049049, they will explain how to light the boiler. They will also send you a free copy of the User Instructions and the Installation/Servicing Manual if you request them.
