Please help.

We have a new ish Jaguar boiler which we inherited when we moved into the house 2 years ago.

The problem is that it doesn't hold water pressure for any length of time.

The problem first manifested itself when my wife bled the bathroom radiator, i topped up the presssure but since it hasnt held pressure and is getting worse.

I havent bled the radiators since we moved in - WOULD this cause the problem?

Should i bleed all the radiatiors and then top up the pressure?

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Yes :) 1 bar
If you are still losing pressure, look for a leak on your system.

Bleeding rads will cause a pressure drop. Have you checked for leaks at all rad valves/joints? Check vent pipe is not passing, usually located outside under the flue near to the floor. Has there been any noise/no heating problems?

No signs of any leaks and no problems with noise or no heating (except when the boiler shut down as the pressure was too low).

Would not having bled the Rads for a while cause the pressure to fluctuate?

The drop in pressure seesm to have levelled off a bit now, i think the main reason for the initial drop was that I may have slightly overfilled.

Thanks
