the way a crimped joint works is the cable is inserted into a crip connector and then the connector is squeezed very hard onto the cable

fluffy - you should get the ratchet crimps and do the repair work yourself. itll be cheaper than gettin someone in to do it. you cant really do it wrong (strip wire, put in crimp and squash it. not too hard even if u aint done it b4)
