HELP fixing a wall hung toilet onto a stud wall!

I am wanting to fit a wall hung toilet into a wetroom that I am building, the wall is a stud wall built using 70x45mm timbers, will this be strong enough to fix one of these metal frames, my thinking is that a lot of the weight/force will go straight down rather than pulling on the studwork,
or am I wrong?

Any help & advice would be much appreciated.
