Following the heavy rain we’ve had a leak come through the bedroom wall, left of the photo and it’s now through to the dining room ceiling below.
I know there is a hole in the gutter you can see the rain come through on the photo but would this be causing all this damage or could it be something else? Looks like water is dripping from the soffit/fascia under ?
The bricks also need repointing ?
