Help - i need to blackout a polycarbonate roof

Hello all, i have a polycarbonate roof which i need to blackout.

is there any film or paint that can do this - the area is only 3m2 but blackout blinds will cost the best part of 2k!!!!

black out blinds only work if cassette enclosed, fabic alone does not work.
Inserts are 85% usefull, but questions.

Shapes; triangles, rectangles ???/

Best method is external coverage.

The roof is made up of 4 rectangles, and 7 triangles.

sorry to be thick but whats enclosing cassette's coz 85% blackout would be just about workable!!!

and what kind of external covering is poss?

Any oil based black gloss paint would work, presuming you wanted a permanent job.
