HELP!!! Indesit DIF 04

Hi I have an Indesit DIF 04 and it seems to have stopped having hot water in it and not drying the dishes.....Anyone got any idea why??[/b]

sounds like the heater tube has gone down ( located right hand side of machine at the base ) or module relay fault( in the top of the door).....
