Help, low water pressure of boiler

I went back to home this evening and found the boiler( ferroli combi) cannot start cos the low water pressure (less than 1 bar). How can I solve it. thank you.

look for a silver pipe connecting two other pipes
open the valve(s) slowly and watch the pressure about 1 to 1.2 cold

Thanks for quick reply. To be honest, I rang one of my friends before and he said there is a vent on his boiler, it may do something about the vent. But definitely, he's got a completely different type of boiler. By the way, my boiler shows the radiators luck of water. I checked boiler just minutes ago and found there is a soft silver pipe (about 300mm lenth) and wee valve as well. But I have not touch it yet untill now. Shall I keep the power on or just switch off it? Thank you so much!
