Help me fix my Central Heating! One radiator not coming on.

When i first moved into my house the central heating seemed to be working fine, however now the radiator in the bedroom never comes on. The pipes around it are not hot and when the the rest of house is nice and toasty the bedroom remains freezing.

Is there usually an obvious reason why the pipes and radiator arnt getting hot? Maybe some blocked valve or something along those lines?

has it got a trv on it? lf so check the pin moves freely
