Help me get the case of this flamaing fire

Jesus spent half an hour trying to get the cover off a canon strata 3201023 today but I can't find two screws at the top to remove the case, only the two at the bottom.....please put me out of my misery.

But the manual manages to omit the figures showing the top fixing screws! The text refers to the figures twice (installation and servicing), but they don't exist.

Maybe the manufacturers ought to have their competence tested every 5 years.

When they say upper casing screws they mean the screws just under the candles fig 8 :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:
 
That's sound guys, mine is badged as a canon who won't give any support, but at least I can bell flavel if needed tomorrow.
 
Small point, you have the take the fire guard and pull the control knob off
