Help me stop my dripping shower

Anyone know how i go about stopping my shower from dripping all night? i assume its just a washer needs replacing but does anyone know where its located and what size i would need.

Not the best photo, but there are little caps that can be removed on the knobs to reveal a screw as the bottom knob shows, is this the way to the washer or do i need to pull the whole thing out and get behind?

You can say that again...

Try taking a photo that's at least in focus and posting that, having it the right way round would also help. Any make or model on the shower unit anywhere?
