Help - need to replace bead on external door.

Part of the wooden bead is broken on my external door. Can't renew it all because the bead on top of the door window is arched. It's a fancy shaped bead which would have to be "routered" (is that the correct word)? I've tried joiner shops etc but no-one seems able to help me. My son would be able to fit it, if I could only get a piece of bead the same or similar. Anyone have any ideas? Even a web site would do and I could e-mail a photo of the bead with sizes.
