help no hot water!!!

i've got a biasi combi boiler which today stoped giving me hot water but still warms the c/h, i will be getting someone in but could do with getting an idea to avoid being riped off, any advice would be gratefully received.

probably sticking diverter valve. replacement £150 ish.

if you have your manual to identify the components, Sometimes these will unstick if you open a hot water tap and tap on the valve gently
