Help! noisy neighbours from hell... soundproffing is needed

Hi guys.. just a quick qustion..

does anyone know where i can get some sort of pading foam for (soundproofing) ?

I will be putting up a studed wall on an existing brickwall on my lounge wall
to block out the neighbours from hell next door!
Just need to find a cost effective foam / padding that i can fill the stud before the plaster boad go's on

any ideas would be great

don't fix the stud wall to the existing wall, defeats the object as sound will be transfered to the stud wall... might even make it worse since you're then providing a large flat area that is slightly flexible...

instead build your stud wall about an inch from the wall and fix to ceiling and floor only.. ( possible with rubber between the top and bottom plates and the ceiling/floor to try and isolate it.. ? )
