Help please identifying shower

Hi All,

I need help identifying my shower so i can replace the mixer valve as it's always hot temp regardless of if i turn it left or right.

However, i am not sure what kind of shower i have or how i remove the darn valve.

Any suggestions or anyone seen this shower before please?

They're the best in the business IMHO, if they can't help you then it's new shower time
