Help please!

I am trying to change my landing 2 way switch for a dimmer. I took off the two way switch and the wires were 1 red in the bottom 1 black in the bottom in L1 & L2 and another black into the top which is not labelled. This landing switch can also be controlled via a dimmer in the downstairs hallway. The new dimmer I wanted to put on has three holes at the bootom which are L1/L2 and the com port. Can someone please tell me how to wire this up. My main problem is where does the wire on the existing 2 way at the top figure in the new dimmer.
