Help recognising cable duct type.

I have no idea what these cable ducts are as there is no markings on them nor can I find any info by google. I need to try and source replacement covers. Anyone got a clue to what make they are?

I can't help you with your question, but are those fibres perhaps asbestos?

I had similar thinking they may be connected to rail works. I think they probably don't make them any more so if they want new covers they will need to be bespoke. Thanks for having a go.
