Help removing tap Headgear

Hi, can anybody advise how to remove a bath tap headgear to fit new washer.

After checking many pictures of headgear the one in my tap if different, once the locking nut for the headgear is removed the headgear itself is fitting inside the tap shroud and is solid, how can i remove it?

Can supply picture is needed

Hi, please find pic.

I think maybe i need to undue the big lock nut on top of the tap itself.
