Does anybody come across similar tap cardridge please? I have tried to replace it, that should be easy task but I have tried everything to pull it out and couldn't.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to access the cartridge please? Does it merely need pulling straight out or does something need to be loosened first, and if so, what?
