My builder has left me in the lurch and I now have to finish the project. Anyway he has ran the cables to install a new switch and light from an existing light.

A cable runs from the new light to the existing light, and a cable runs from the new light to the new 1 way switch. Thus I have:

Old Light - 4 reds/3 blacks/1 black with red sleeve/3 earths
New Light - 2 reds/2 blacks/2 earths

I am going to connect light holders as opposed to ceiling roses.

Can anyone please tell me what wires should be joined together

Thanks in advance
