Help sourcing small chubby head M5 8mm screws please!

Does anyone know where I can source some M5 8mm screws, literally need a few? I have purchased multiple lots online but the heads are too big (as in too wide).

This is for a Crosswater radiator. The screw rebates and therefore the head being too big on the ones I’ve ordered is an issue.

I tried a local specialist place that sell only this type of thing and they are saying they only do the larger heads too.

I’ve tried Crosswater customer services but they are extremely unhelpful and want to charge me £70 for a bracket pack that contains these screws.

I don’t really understand as they must source them from somewhere so perhaps I’m thinking they can be available if I’m looking in the right place.

Happy to pay for them and postage if anyone has a few of the correct ones?!?

They sell individual screws at extremely reasonable prices. Minimum order for free delivery is £25 so I normally bulk out my order with other stuff that I need (they sell a wide range of products). I don't know where you live but in London the free delivery is next day.

Thanks for the reply, Orbital don’t have any that size and all the ones I’ve bought off eBay to date have this same issue with the wider head. These may be specialist but hoping someone may have some.

Are they counter sunk heads?

Are you able to measure the size of the head?

Yes countersunk. Sorry for not clarifying. I attach a couple more pics. They have the head size of an M4 screw (7mm) but the body size of an M5.

The singular is the screw on its own, the other is up to a standard M5 8mm screw to show difference.

Strange screws, although countersunk, the edges have been chamfered, and it almost looks like the head is lower profile than your internet screw. Most of the screws I have looked at have a head of about 9mm.

Is it possible to use a counter sink to make the hole accommodate the screws you have?

I’ve tried them already... I’ve probably looked at all on eBay there is and when no size quoted have enquired. I don’t get why they are so difficult to get hold of. M4 head on an M5 body. Very strange but obviously they can’t just be especially made for Crosswater. It’s bizarre...

Can you post a picture of where the screw would be used? AFAIK they only sell towel radiators.
