My shower mixing valve (installed 2009) has developed a fault (temperature dial just turns and turns, no hot water is called from combi) and my plumber thinks it needs a new cartridge. Trouble is I do not know the make an model of the unit. All the other taps and furniture in the bathroom is Hudson Reed but there is no such brand on the chrome or otherwise for the shower so I can't be sure... I've trawled Google Image results with no success!
