Hello,

Please can anyone advise/help how to remove these i believe solar lights (please see pictures attached) that were installed possibly by previous homeowner? I am new to DIY and recently bought a house and they never worked but it looks like they connected to the electricity so don't want to touch anything that possibly can be dangerous.

Thank you very much in advance
Pavel

Those don't look like solar lights. Turn them on, then take out or turn off the fuses one by one until they go out, now you know which fuse allows power to them. Then you can either work yourself with the power off or get an electrician to do the job, but show him you know which fuse provides the power as that will save him some time so the cost should be less if you know that.

Thank you very much Mike, I've followed your advice and asked my friend who is an electrician to pop in. He showed me where the wiring of these lights are connected to, it was a separate switch box installed near my main electrical unit. We've decided to keep the original wiring and just to replace an old lights with some new possibly LED lights.
