Help -touching pipe and tile

Finished 85% tiling floor yesterday.

In my manic rush to get it all done before the adhesive went off i forgot to check the position of the radiator pipe.

I chopped out a big square If you think of a square and see the pipe in it, its touching (just i think) in the corner. So if it expanded it woudnt be able to move against two sides of the tile. However it can move into the open space where its not touching the tile.

Is this ok therefore or should i be ripping out the tile and doing it again.

thanks gcol - i was sick with worry last night wondering if i could cut around the pipe even with it set on the floor

today i kept thinking - if it expands it can still go somewhere as its not stopped from moving at all. i suppose it just would have been better if there was space all round the pipe

youve put my mind at rest.
