Help with alternative switch.

Hello all, I have an outside light that is controlled from a light switch upstairs.

Is there any way that I can put another switch in downstairs? That will control the light as well. I am not interested in replastering etcetera or chasing wires down. I suppose I’m looking for a low-voltage wireless option is that feasible?
