Hi, I have a pretty old Ariston boiler, and it seems to work ok except for over the past two months or so I notice that it seems to ignite itself *very* often. Like every 30secs to 1 minute. It ignites, flames burn for a little while and go out. Then it does it again in a short space of time. I don't recall it doing this in the past.
It heats the house no problem, and hot water is fine, though it has always done the thing where it runs hot, then cold for a while until the heat builds up again and then it's hot water again.
Any ideas on why it does this ignition thing? I am concerned it is on it's way out.
Thanks for any help in advance.
