Hi,

I have just moved into a new house, and I can’t get the central heating or hot water on.

I have a BAXI Solo 3 PFL 40 boiler. It was serviced 3rd October this year (I insisted na inspection as part of house buying process).

Moving in, the boiler light turns on. The fan light WAS turning on, but no pilot light. Now, I can’t even get the fan light to come on.

Is this a combi boiler or not?
Does anyone have any ideas why the fan light isn’t coming on now, since it’s all supposed to be in good working order?

Thank you for any assistance

No, it’s not a combi boiler. It could be the motorised valve(s) not energising, or perhaps you haven’t selected the correct time and or temperature control?
