The dishwasher is about 3 years old, and has been fine until now. The plates etc aren't cleaned. I've read the manual, cleaned all filters, removed spray arms to check for debris, but no improvement. I think the spray arms aren't rotating, even when there's absolutely nothing in the d/washer to get in their way - I've run it empty and the spray arms don't appear to move. Any help anyone?

Are you getting water into the DW? Then check if water is getting pumped to the spray arms - best way is to remove spray arms, "fool " the door lock by flipping the latch in the door with a screw driver, then with door open run a programme. If pump is shot, you won't get much water coming out of spray arm mountings - this can be done with spray arms still fitted, but it gets messy!
