Hi all,
It's time to tackle my very neglected stairwell. It's magnolia and is looking tired and in need of freshening up.
I feel white will be best as there is no natural light at all
It was suggested to me the colour Alabaster by Sherwin Williams but I'm in Ireland and I can't seem to find stockists here. It's also very expensive and given the huge area to be painted, it really isn't in my budget. I'm going to have to hire someone to paint the stairwell as scaffolding will be needed and no way am I able to fo that.
The stairwell has dark wood railings so I'm hoping white will work there.
I'm thinking about Dulux Pure Brilliant White (Trade). Has anyone any experience with this colour in a stairwell? Is it a stark white?
Thanks in advance.
