So I need to fill these two floors in to bring up to same level as other concrete floors.

Do I just add type 1, then sand, then dpm then insulation, then concrete on top?

Do I need to do anything with air vents?

Cottage is solid stone. No DPM.

yep that's about it.
150mm compacted type 1, 25-50mm sand blinding, 1200gauge DPM, 85-100mm celotex insulation, 100mm concrete and 50mm screed.
Alternately you can put your insulation over the concrete but you would then need to increase your screed thickness to 75mm but you would only do that if fitting under floor heating.
You don't need to worry about the air bricks if replacing with a solid concrete floor.

Thank You.
We do plan on fitting UFH, but need to get this floor upto the same level as the original concrete ones first, the plan was then to run insulation over the whole ground floor at 45mm, then install Wet UFL, then get a pumped screen on top.
