Hi everyone
I'm hoping someone could assist with some advice please.
At the back of my house, the guttering from the roof of the extension runs into a rain water butt and always has done because of the location of our back door and drain.
You can see in the photo below, we cannot run a piece a guttering down from the guttering in the top left of the photo in a conventional way because of where the back door is located.
Does anyone have any advice of what we could do here?
I thought we could potentially cut away the slab by the back door to make space for some guttering, and perhaps put some grating on top.
Keen to make sure whatever we do is going to be acceptable to building inspector or similar as we're looking to sell.
Thanks very much
Tom
