Hi Guys,
I am looking at putting a TV into our bedroom, and the ideal place to put it is on the wall that used to be the fireplace.
Our house is a 30's build and the previous owners decided to put plasterboard over the fireplace and installed a radiator. If you tap the plasterboard, it sounds hollow, but there is brick about 1cm behind the board. I can tell this as the electrical socket that is installed in the plasterboard is screwed into the brick.
So I have about 25mm from the face of the plasterboard to solid brick. What is the best way to attach a TV to this kind of wall??
Thanks Guys..
Nick
